What are the delivery times?
We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your country:
- France: 5 to 6 business days
- Europe: 7 to 10 business days
- International: 10 to 15 business days
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES?

What if I receive a defective item or wrong order?
